Licenses and Referral Fees

Summit Home Advantage is as program of Summit Relocation Services, Inc. a Virginia for-profit corporation with principle offices located at 42861 Kirkland Street Ashburn, VA 20147. Summit Relocation Services, Inc. is licensed as a real estate broker in Virginia. We can make referrals to licensed real estate brokers in all 50 of the United States.  We refer our participants to qualified, licensed agents in their local areas and the agents pay a referral fee to us for doing so.  We rebate a portion of the referral fee to you and, if you choose, you may share your rebate with a non profit. When you choose to make a donation to a non profit from your rebate, 100 percent of your donation goes to the charity.

While our programs offer you, the supporter, a rebate on the real estate commissions from your transaction, some states do not permit brokers to rebate or share their real estate commissions with the consumers they represent, so in those states this component of a program may not apply.
