What type of real estate transactions qualify?

You are eligible to receive credit towards closing costs when you purchase or sell any residential property, including residential investment properties.

Is there any cost for my using the program?

There is no cost to enroll in Summit Home Advantage.  As always, there are costs associated with buying or selling a home. Summit Home Advantage helps offset those costs with cash credits at closing and discounts with our lenders and vendors.  Please speak with your Realtor and/or Loan Officer for more information regarding the costs associated with your real estate transaction.

Is there a limit to how often I can use your program?

No, you can use us time and time again and still receive the same generous rebates and discounts.

I am not currently a member of a Partner company or organization, can I still participate?

You may be able to participate in our program. Please contact us for details.

Is the program offered nationwide?

YES!

Who are the Realtors that you work with?

We have an extensive network of Realtors nationwide. We refer only those Realtors that meet our guidelines for experience, success, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that you work with only the best in the business.

I am already working with a Realtor, can I still use your service?

See eligibility requirements.  If you have a Realtor in mind and have NOT already contacted him or her, we may be able to add them to our network. Please contact us for more information.

Do I have to use one of your preferred lenders to get cash back?

No, but you must close your transaction with one of our referred Realtors. However, we have partnered with two of the nation’s top lenders who offer special savings to our program participants. We strongly encourage you to contact them to see what they can do for you!

I am buying or selling in a state that prohibits real estate credits. Can I still use your program?

Summit Home Advantage is available in all but the following ten states: Alabama, Alaska, Iowa (for multiple rebates), Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Tennessee

If you are buying or selling in one of these states you are not eligible for a closing cost credit. However, you may still enroll in our program to save money with our lenders and moving vendors. Contact Us for more details.
